We’ve been super stoked this year to have been featured by some of our favourite magazines and websites..
In early October we headed to our fave spot in Cornwall, Mawgan Porth, for our Beach & Wild weekend. We were blessed with sunny skies, waves and a fab crew of ladies for a weekend of surfing, Yoga, foraging, wine tasting, hot tubs and messing about with polaroid cameras ..
I’ve always liked climbing about in hedgerows, following their paths, these borders, these in-between places… They are my go to when I feel the itch to go forage. Right now, beautiful elderflower is in season. Foraging is something I have always done and along with being in my element, I find it deeply empowering. Using the knowledge of my grandmothers, crafting a remedy here and there, or just providing food for my table.
Choose between an escape to the stunning Penbryn beach in West Wales where our accommodation is a converted dairy farm and we will be surfing, sea kayaking, practicing Yoga, crafting, taking wild dips and meandering in the forest before relaxing in the cedar wood sauna and roasting marshmellows around the fire-pit.
The countdown to our next Beach & Wild retreat has begun and we are really excited about all the amazing things we have planned, especially our session with local forager Angie Nash from Panash Adventures. We caught up with Angie to find out more about her love of foraging and what she has in store for us ..
